Santiago Hernandez

Santiago Hernandez is a Cuban painter, collagist, and mixed media sculptor based in Boston. He holds an MFA in Painting from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL and a BFA in Studio Art from the School of Visual Arts, New York, NY. Santiago also studied anatomy, figure drawing and figure painting at the Art Students League in New York, where he learned traditional Renaissance painting methods. Santiago teaches at the Lesley University College of Art and Design and has taught at the Massachusetts College of Art and design and Wheaton College.
