Rachel Montroy

Rachel Montroy is a mixed media sculptor living in Hopkinton, New Hampshire. She exhibits her sculptures regionally and nationally and is a juried member of the League of NH Craftsman. She is also an adjunct professor at Plymouth State University and at the New Hampshire Technical Institute. She regularly teaches workshops at the Currier Museum Art Center. Rachel received a Bachelor of Art in Studio Arts with a concentration in Ceramics from the University of New Hampshire where she studied under Marvin Sweet She also holds a Master of Fine Art in Ceramics from the School for American Crafts at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York where she studied under Richard Hirsch and Julia Galloway.
