Conrad Fulbrook

Conrad Fulbrook is a designer, writer, and teacher. His experience-based approach – grounded in semiotics, systems, and process – explores design as action within a perceptual ontology: questioning the primacy of the object, and exploring instead an ‘object-oriented perception’ rooted in the desire and fabricating agency of the various ‘actors’. He has a BA and MA in English from Cambridge University (UK), and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has taught at RISD and University College London (UK).
