Christine Vitale

Christine Vitale enjoyed extensive training in violin performance before earning a Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport/Performance Psychology from Boston University. As a violinist, Ms. Vitale is active in the Boston area, performing with the Boston Ballet orchestra and the Boston Pops. As a psychotherapist, she works with individuals to implement a personalized program of mind-based skills to optimize performance. Christine Vitale is particularly intrigued by positive psychology, which is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive and of strategies that help individuals lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
