Begin painting in this exploration of new and traditional directions and techniques. The basis of the course is studio work, primarily working in oil (preferred) or acrylics, and includes the use of models, as well as lectures and demonstrations. Color and composition theory, and the study of form, space, and light are addressed. Previous experience with drawing is helpful.

This class meets in person at MassArt.
No class meeting  November 11th, Veterans Day and November 25th, Thanksgiving Break.
