Students will learn to integrate natural light, optimize accessibility, balance public and private areas, and harness the power of color in their designs. The course centers around a challenging design brief focused on adaptive reuse scenarios, where students will tackle intricate project planning and sequencing decisions. They will also hone their graphic communication skills through measured drawings and crafting material boards. Guest lectures from local interior designers enrich the learning experience, providing valuable insights and real-world perspectives within the field. This course equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills crucial for navigating the complexities of interior design projects.
