Glassblowing for all is a perfect first step for those who have never been in a hotshop and a great next step if you know your way around! Glassblowing can be intimidating, in this class we break it down to basics and learn step by step how to get it done with an emphasis on safety and proper technique. We start with marbles and colorful paperweights and before you know it we are blowing ornaments, cups and small vases and bowls! If you’ve always wanted to play with glass, now’s your chance!
The class takes place on MassArt’s campus.
