Kelley S. Surun
Kelley S. Surun is an architect, designer and maker of places, spaces, and things. She founded Path Place Architecture in 2017 with the core value of placing humans at the center of the architecture story. She understands architecture as a means of communication, and an opportunity to make people’s lives richer through improving their physical environments. She sees every new project as a collaborative opportunity to work closely with clients, contractors, and each of the trades, to bring to fruition a design response fulfilling the desires of the clients. Her education and depth of experience combine to influence how she thoughtfully designs each aspect of the spaces that her clients will interact with.
Kelley has focused on reimaging urban housing by designing renovations in a variety of brownstones, lofts and apartments. Her design work can be experienced in the homes of her clients from New York, Connecticut, Boston, Nantucket and Rhode Island to California, Texas, New Mexico and New Zealand.
