Ceren Paydas

Ceren Paydas is an artist, researcher and educator based in Boston, MA. She earned her BFA in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design from Sabanci University in Istanbul, Turkey. She recently received her MFA degree from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design’s Dynamic Media Institute, completing her thesis on online vulnerabilities and the surveillance technologies. Her work has been on display in galleries and events in various cities in Europe including Istanbul, Krakow and Rotterdam as well as in United States. She has also had the privilege to speak at SXSW 2014 and 2015 Interactive Festival in Austin, TX. When she is not making art, she is usually biking around the city of Boston – carefully, or Googling kale salad recipes.
