E-Commerce for Creative Business
This online course features the following types of interaction:
- Live meetings
This workshop is an introduction to key concepts and best practices for artists, makers, and designers who are interested in selling their work online. We will explore the difference between e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, discuss conversion funnels, and learn how to interpret analytics reports. Students will build their own e-commerce stores in class using Shopify or BigCommerce. No prior experience in web design or e-commerce is required.
