This hands-on course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and techniques required to design a chair. This course is intended for students with a passion for furniture design, interior design, or industrial design who aspire to develop a deep understanding of chair design and its impact on ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality. Through a combination of sketching, modeling, and full-size mock-ups, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the chair design process. By the end of the course, students will have developed the ability to visualize, communicate, and construct their chair design effectively.
